We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very spacious with a magnificent view of the lagoon. The beds very comfortable, towels wonderful, shower strong flow of water. The breakfast was very good, yogourt and fruit as well as the eggs were prepared as requested. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The dock with the lawn chairs wonderful.

The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, adding to the sense of personalized boutique hospitality. A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. Everything is fine in the hotel and the room and the service and the staff. At first, I was surprised by the concept that you can't drive to the hotel by your own car, but only by golf cart. But then you realise that the instant transfer service and clean air are great. All movements around the hotel by golf cart. Nice room. Great pools and a water park. It's convenient that all additional expenses are charged to the room and you don't have to carry anything with you. The concierge service works perfectly. Especially the first shift in our hotel. Thank you. I recommend it.

Everything! But the quality of Customer Service was superb!

It’s a serene place with Great service and several programs like Yoga, Pilate etc. staff is extremely good. Special mention to Ara and Jay at the front desk. Not to forget Daniele at the Bar.
