After searching for resorts and viewing several in Assisi for my unplanned trip, I came across this one and I knew right away it was the place to stay at. Upon my arrival past 8pm, Chiara in reception greeted me and walked me to my beautiful suite. There, she gave me a tour and showed me how all of the new technology worked. I didn’t know, but to my surprise was a SAUNA i side the bathroom. The room was designed with exposed wooden beams, spiritual/old school wood table and chair, white flooring and vanity, wooden window shades/covers for a pitch black ambience for the best nights sleep. The views outside the room were breathtaking as St Frances Basilica was in direct view along with the rest of the mountain village of Assisi… Breakfast every morning was superb. The perfect was to start the day. Iris welcomed me every morning and the chef prepared the best breakfast complete with special bites, entrees, breads and fruit. The coffee was perfect as well. All of the receptionists, Chiara, Veronica and Alessandro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was proper and overall, it exceeded my expectations. They took care in creating itineraries for me, recommending places to visit and reservations for dinner. Top notch service and hospitality!! They all spoke fantastic english as well which I appreciated. The owner and manager were knee deep in the day to day operations. Ensuring that my experience was how they designed their business to be. Humble, hospitable, and great human beings. They even gave me a personal tour of their other facility and vineyard. Stunning, successful businesses and its all because they care about their product. I plan on making this a yearly trip. It turns out, on the spiritual side of things, St Francis was involved in a hospital which was on the site of this property and a church as well… Nothing but good vibes here. The location was perfect as well!! Thank you for an amazing experience in Assisi!!!

Excellent location and beautiful hotel.

The property is perfectly situated on Piazza Italia just steps from Underground tunnels, museums, churches, shopping and great restaurants. The Piazza is overlooking spectacular city views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well sized with beautiful, marbled bathrooms. The rooms are very comfortable with luxurious linens, robes and slippers. Room services are excellent and the rooms are very clean. There is an underground pool that is wonderful to swim in. The breakfast buffet is abundant with a great selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If bringing a car, arrange parking in advance so that hotel can accomodate your vehicle.
