We are located a short drive away from the historic town of Spoleto. Within 30 minutes you can reach Montefalco, Assisi, Spello, Perugia and the beautiful Valnerina. There are also a whole host of outdoor activities to enjoy including cycling, hiking, white water rafting, beaches and wine tours. The whole villa has wonderful original chestnut beams and has been completely refurbished so that you can enjoy your holiday in complete luxury. Upstairs the stunning living room runs the full length of the house and opens onto a newly completed roof terrace with the most spectacular views of the surrounding rolling hills and valleys. Also on this level is a modern travertine lined 'wet room' shower and two very spacious bedrooms. Downstairs is the modern and fully-equipped spacious kitchen and dining room. The recently fitted kitchen has a wonderful curved ceiling and is totally equipped to meet all your needs. The very spacious king size main bedroom with ensuite wet room is also on this level and opens up onto the garden. This leads to a bright, sunny garden room providing views to both valleys. The house comfortably sleeps 8 as a mix of adults and children.

We are situated in the heart of Umbria with access to all the main attractions.This is an area filled with olive groves and vineyards and nearby Montefalco produces some of the most famous and fabulous red wine in the whole of Italy. We highly recommend the local wine tasting tours which can by organised on request. During your stay we are always available to make sure that you experience the most perfect of holidays. We can book day trips and restaurants, order local artisan food or supermarket shopping, Italian cookery classes, wine tours, outdoor activities such as white water rafting and much more.
