RomaniaWe stayed in a hotel only one night because our schedule was tight, but the room was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the city. Despite the short stay, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to visit nearby attractions and experience the local culture briefly. We hope to return for a longer visit next time.

JapanWe had a great stay at the hotel. All the staffs showed up were extremely kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a lot of options. It was a 12-min walk from the hotel to the old quarter and it's very quiet at night. Highly recommended and will choose again if we come back to Hanoi!

The staff were truly excellent. They tried hard to anticipate every need and were extremely well-trained. They were friendly and helpful.
They were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation from the airport to a different hotel in Mai Chau, and then transport from Mai Chau to the Orential Jade in Hanoi. This was incredible customer service that went above and beyond and was so helpful for us.
The breakfast had a lot of choice and food was good. Again the staff worked hard to ensure we were taken care of at breakfast.
Location was fabulous to access Old Town and the French Quarter.
Room was simple. Comfortable but not luxurious.

Great hotel. Big building lexerious. Staff are so helpful and nice. Location is great. The room is comfortable. I booked it, the next day i checked out kept my laugage in the hotel went to cruise and came back.
They are fast and really professional and it is a well established hotel.
Pictures does not show the reality and the luxury specially with ground floor and how big is the hotel.

It is definitely a 5 star hotel, beatiful, nice. Very well located, you can walk everywhere to the lake and the old town. And the service is outstanding. The staff is amazingly helpful, maybe the best service I've ever had in a hotel. 6 star for the service and the staff.

This trip was magical with their help of booking activities, taxis, restaurants... everything... it was like palace concierge standard not even 5 stars.

This was our first time in Vietnam, and we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed delicious food, a wonderful hotel, and a great city. Most of all, the personal and fantastic service from Julie made our stay exceptional. I give this hotel 5 stars and would recommend it to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at La Siesta for 2 nights. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever. The restaurant serves superb food and the pool and the ground floor is ultra clean and refreshing. A special thanks to the lovely Quynh for making my stay unforgettable and for making the penthouse sweet available to me. The penthouse is worth paying for. It's very luxurious as are the other rooms. Thank you for making my stay in Hanoi wonderful!

Vivien our hostess was amazing, she made our stay so special, 5 stars. Nothing was too much trouble, always went above and beyond to recommend restaurants, book taxis and always checked that everything was perfect. Hotel was great, very comfortable and peaceful in the heart of very busy Old Quarter. Highly tecommend
