The location was excellent, we loved walking around the areas. It was great for access to the kd ships. Several restaurants below stairs. The apartment was spotless, the bed comfortable.

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a room with a balcony and we enjoyed sitting out in the evening with some wine and watching the Rhine River flow by. It was very relaxing.

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is extremely nice. I had a privilege room . I had a view of the river. The room was on the 9th floor. Included a mini bar with free cold drinks, which was really nice. The room I found to be extremely clean. Nice size room. Comfy bed and pillow. Even an extra duvet and pillow in the cabinet. I was very comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.
