The hotel was clean with lots of facilities, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location, nice inside lobby and rooms but most of all I liked the quiet rooms, I did not hear my neighbours above or beside.

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. There were bath robes. Also at the pool they gave towel to use each time, meaning I didn't have to use the one from the room when swimming. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent choice.,

Easy access to shopping center and a short walk to all the local attractions, the hotel room was a lot bigger than other family rooms we have stayed and the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly and polite and their was always someone around to help with any queries

All the stuff are very kind, the beds are comfortable, it has a good location near to everything.

Very light and airy, good quality furnishings well decorated. All you would need if you were self catering. Property was very close to bars and restaurants we ate at a different restaurant every night with still more to explore. Felt like a very safe place to be. Bed was really comfortable we both slept so well, very quiet apartment not noise from neighbours great little balcony. If you want a good central location then this could be for you. Good bus links and the station is about 15 mins walk away at a steady pace. Cabot Circus is great for shopping, if not the area is full of history. Close to the dock area.

Great location and the staff were wonderful. Enes in the lounge was terrific and Nikolas in the restaurant was vey attentive and friendly.
