Snipelands is a bungalow, with one step only to enter, a small B&B of two rooms only, situated in a quiet and rural location in Flax Bourton, you can sometimes hear the owls at night! A Double room with one easy chair and a shower en-suite. The second room is slightly larger containing a King size bed and two easy chairs, also with a shower en-suite. Egyptian cotton bedding. Flat screen TV, Free WiFi, Hairdryer, Tea and Coffee tray. safe, Iron and Ironing board. Freshly cooked to order Full English breakfast is served/available between 7 to 9 am. using free range locally produced eggs. My home made Mixed Berry Jam is made with the fruit from my garden. Honey is supplied by my next door neighbour, who has his own bee hives. I can cater for Coeliac, Dairy free, diabetic and Vegetarian diets. All parking is Free and off road. Strictly NO smoking and NO Pets. Payment is by Cash (Preferred), or Credit/Debit card on arrival. I have no facilities and am therefore unable to cater for children. I enjoy meeting people and cooking, having been connected with catering in one way or another for most of my working life. I enjoy holidaying far and wide and am also a volunteer for Guide Dogs.

We are situated in a small rural village called Flax Bourton, yet it is only 5 miles from the centre of Bristol and just 100 yards from the main bus route to Bristol and Weston-super-Mare. Travelling into Bristol you pass on your left, Brunel's Clifton Suspension Bridge, and on the right, just before the Harbourside area, Brunel's SS Great Britain. We are 16 minutes from Bristol Airport and Noah's Ark Farm, and 11 minutes from National Trust property Tyntesfield and Oakham Treasures. There are several walks available.
