We loved the spotless, up-to-date facility from top to bottom. The staff were exceptional across the board. Very professional yet warm and friendly. We started each day with a beautiful yet delicious breakfast while sipping coffee on the balcony, gazing at the ocean

Property was well situated and central to all major attractions. Well maintained and top notch service. We found the room spacious and the restaurant was great (we had some drinks and nibbles there throughout our stay). Hotel staff were kind and courteous.

My stay at Tenuta Madre Vita in Syracuse was amazing. The villa-style property felt peaceful and charming, with a true Sicilian ambiance and beautiful orange trees leading into the property. The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated in a modern style. We loved the pool and the stunning views, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff and the owner were friendly and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations for nearby towns, beaches, and local cuisine.

I liked the facilities of the resort, it was clean and well kept. The apartment I had exceed my expectation.

We spent 5 nights In Ortigia at this apartment. The location was perfect- close to everything but outside of the tourist crowd. The courtyard was full of locals doing laundry and hanging out together in the evening. Felt like we got to have a more authentic Sicilian experience. The apartment was perfect for our group of 2 couples- we each had our own bathroom and personal space. The rooftop was wonderful for having morning coffee and sunset appertivos! The kitchen had what we needed- although we didn’t do much cooking outside of coffee. There were plenty of plates, glasses, etc. but could have used some better knives and dish towels.

Tucked in a quiet courtyard and very centrally located on the small island of Ortigia is where you will find this cozy apartment. Surrounded by old world charm the apartment is very comfortable and extremely quiet. The kitchen area is very well equipped and we were able to make full meals. The rooftop terrace was very nice and plenty of furniture to relax and enjoy a book, sunbathing or a meal. You will find plenty of services nearby. We had the perfect stay at this apartment. Luca was very communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay in his home town.

Its a hidden gem and very nice and nice location close to everything. Very clean , nice breakfast and sweet staff.

The property was very well situated. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. Best one we had in Sicily. Evening wine overlooking the sea was perfect. The staff were absolutely fabulous. They were so helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. Would definitely come back.
