Spacious room with private hot bath facilities. Dinner and breakfast are delicious and serve in private dinning room. Few staffs can speak Cantonese. Roy at the dinner serve us with great hospitality and is very professional. Compliment should be given to Roy. Location is walkable distance to the main shopping street.

The facilities were great and I loved the onsen. Additionally, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We opted for the buffer dinner and the food was amazing.

I had a great time staying here. The hotel provides pick-up from Beppu station as it locates far from main town. But just a 20’ drive. Not bad. The place is not big, but room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Room has basic amenities but is clean and warm. The in-room onsen offers privacy and comfort. The food is superb. Meal is very delicious: breakfast and dinner. Each meal always keeps you full until the next. So much food. But the highlight would have been the staffs. They are exceptionally friendly and welcoming of guests. Always smiling and helping with everything you possibly need. I would definitely recommend you to stay 2-3 nights to enjoy the most of the place, and the town.

Beautiful, modern and artsy hotel with private onsen

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The location is very convenient. It takes less than 3 minutes by car to reach the Aeon supermarket, and Google Maps shows it’s about an 11-minute walk if you prefer walking. Parking is free and located not very far from the accommodation, which is very convenient for guests who drive. The property also has a small mini garden that is perfect for Instagram photos. It’s a nice little corner to relax and take some memorable pictures. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Their English is quite good, and they are very detailed when explaining everything, which made our stay smooth and comfortable. The room layout is unique and spacious. On level 1, there are two sofa beds. A staircase leads to level 2, where there are two beds and a small balcony. The view from the second floor is amazing—you can see the mountains and the small town, which creates a very peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. One of the best parts of the stay was the private onsen inside the room. My mom enjoyed it so much that we even delayed our journey the next morning just to enjoy it a little longer. As a bonus, the accommodation provided a free bento dinner as part of a promotional offer. The bento was generous in portion and filled with a variety of delicious food, which was a very nice surprise. This accommodation only opened on 20th Dec 2025, so everything still feels very new. You can tell the owners are sincerely trying their best to improve their service and create a great experience for guests. A few small points for improvement: the accommodation currently only accepts cash payments, breakfast is not provided, and communication is mainly through LINE. It would be helpful if they could add more options such as WhatsApp. We booked the three x quarter room and had a fantastic stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely come back again.

Amazing view, design, layout, hottub, tatami mats, furniture. Everything was nice. The big balconies were awesome too. The girl who checked us in was so sweet. We had an awesome time staying here, last moment booking for 1 night and we are glad we got to experience it. At night so many stars are visible in the sky. Don’t miss it!!

even though it’s a traditional japanese building style, it’s super super clean, you cant even find a piece of dust!! the bathroom is so nice too, with full of amenities, the staff is super friendly and helpful even when i cant speak japanese.

The view is amazing. The room can fit a family of 5. My kids enjoyed the onsen. The provided yukata and japanese slippers are some nice personal touch.

At first we so worried it’s going to be like a typical “ love hotel “ type of room because it’s located next to one. However once we enter the room, we were so surprised to see how clean and spacious it was. It wasn’t what we expected. It also has a small working space. Plus it has a nice little onsen at the top floor which you can enjoy the view of beautiful views of Beppe town at night.

Nice room, nice service and excellent food

The location was amazing. It was spacious and had a lot of room in both sleeping areas, the bath, and the living space. The food every morning and night was amazing!

Easy access to the lake, snoopy Chaya and the floral village! The dinner was excellent! We were surprised fugu was included in the menu :) Breakfast was also exceptional. Onsen was great too there was private and public ones. Staff was very helpful.

We enjoyed the traditional Japanese style of this hotel, staff friendliness, and its food. Amazing Japanese style breakfast. The hotel was flexible and considered our preferences for breakfast. The dinner was exceptional and great value.

The breakfast on the first day was excellent, and on the second day, even more than excellent. So too were the diners, second day was even better than the first day. The location is a short walk from the train station but it would be nicer if there is a way to call the hotel, perhaps they could arrange for pick up, considering most of the time traveller are already very tired, carrying luggage, walking just a short distance seems far. On the departure day, we were given a ride from the hotel, which was great.
