Location and peaceful environment

The hotel is lovely and staff are nice . Rooms are comfortable and there are tuck tucks outside hotel to bring you anywhere. Good location and the sky lounge is fab as well

It was the best hotel during our trip in Sri Lanka. Breakfast has a lot of varieties, walking distance to the sightseeings, we tried also their kitchen for lunch and dinner, I love it 😻

The view is breathtaking, the room is very clean and spacious, the staff is very polite and welcoming they were really amazing people. The food is good but a little expensive. I recommend to stay there 100%

The pool was beautiful, was great to jump in after a day in the city. The security man out the front was the best! He always made sure our tuk tuks were safe. Very good location

The entire staff were fantastic. The head chef Kushala was very accommodating and made us all kinds of milk rice, string hoppers, Roti and many other western breakfast for our grandkids. The front office manager Jayantha gave us a lot of great information about Kandy and the events happening in the surrounding areas. It’s a brand new hotel with great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and safe. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed for 25 nights (long trip) while we volunteered at a nearby orphanage and the staff never failed to make sure we had every we needed. Would definitely be back. And you can't beat the view anywhere.

Starting from online booking, front office staff was very supportive friendly and professional. Excellent housekeeping and the room was very spacious. You can enjoy the view of Kandy city from high ground. Expected à la carte but changed to mini buffet and food was excellent. F&B and kitchen staff also very friendly. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel in Kandy and one of the best in Sri Lanka! Great service, very friendly and helpful staff! One of the Managers is incredibly good at his job and welcomed me the best possible way! Staff are very nice and kind! The view is great, it's the best location in Kandy! Rooms are unique, the place has Sri Lankan soul! Breakfast was nicely served! Tea kettle in the room, water, toiletries and an antimosquito repellent, air con and hot water! I booked for one night, but stayed longer as I liked it. Thanks guys, you have made my stay in Kandy (and whole trip to Sri Lanka) very special!

The staff were responsive when we asked to change our room on arrival (there were screaming kids through the connecting room), although the staff member that showed us our room said he couldn't hear it.
