The room was bright and clean, with comfortable furniture. Enjoyed the sliding glass door to the porch. There is a great view down to the harbor. The bath was generous with a strong shower, separate tub, and ample vanity space.

I enjoyed the ease of retrieving the keys along with how spacious the stay was. We had just gotten off the ferry and walked 10 minutes to get to the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful balcony facing the harbor and we were able to walk within minutes to the various food places. We also cooked a nice birthday dinner in the apartment and that made it all the better!

Excellent location, with great views across Picton Harbour. Nice to see the ferries and other boats coming and going. Lots of eating venues within a very short walk. I would highly recommend The Barn Bar and Grill for great food and great service! We also did the four hour Beachcomber Mail Boat Cruise, which was very interesting and enjoyable, great commentary from the skipper.

We loved our time here. The spot is tranquil and beautiful. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There's so much to do for adults and kids and the accommodation is very comfortable. The meals in the restaurant are delicious and very generous servings. We didn't want to leave.

Room was beautiful, spa bath was warm and comfy, plenty room for 2, the view was amazing with the sunset, and room service!!! Omg the food was delicious.

Position of motel enhancing views of Harbour, ferries and weather was beautiful

This backpacking hostel/lodging house is perhaps one of the most unique and interesting places I’ve ever stayed in my life. I felt like I was inside of Alice in Wonderland. Every corner of the space was an interesting tableau. It’s like I was at the mad Hatter’s tea party, but only in the best of ways.

The staff were lovely and accommodating - the Villa had a lovely vibe that made everyone feel very comfortable. Would stay here again!!!

We did not have breakfast for our stay but the motel unit was exceptional, friendly owners, amazing views from all the units. Everthing was perfect for a getaway and very relaxing. Woud definitely stay again.

All ways good , always stay there, even was given a ride to the Pub in there car.

Beautiful awesome apartment, very clean and with awesome service. Kim was very helpful and kind to us. Thank You so much! We recommend this place 100% and it's not more expensive than an Airbnb, it actually has better prices. Elegant condo hotel with better prices and the best location.

The location was perfect and the rooms were huge. Everything was clean and looked newly refreshed. This is a great property for either a 1 night stay or much longer. Walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, harbour. Lovely. Highly recommend.

Lovely quiet spot. Loved that breakfast was left in our room so we could prepare it at our leisure. Cute little egg poacher!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the charming Kippilaw House. Bill and Margaret are wonderful, welcoming hosts, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The delicious, three-course breakfast provided was the best we had in New Zealand, and Margaret graciously accommodated my dietary preferences!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location next to the beach was wonderful. We were able to have a beach fire for New Year’s Eve.
