Good location and good stuff and service

We liked everything. The location of the hotel, the paid parking accommodation and the price, the quick response of the staff, the kindness and politeness of the staff, the free clean water in the hallway, the free breakfast in the restaurant and the ease if going outside and walking in the city. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

We booked a private room with a bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy.

The room tone is quite dark but the best thing is the friendly and service mind of the the front desk staff. My friend lost passport so we needed help from the front desk to print many document. They help us like a family. It is very impressed. Location is very good. Stay here if you come to Chicago.

Amazing place - plenty of fun old-school tabletop games and great service

Everything, they are very accommodating, helpful, and informative. They suggest the best places to visit, helping you with things you need, and even asking how they can make your stay more comfortable. Look for Victor! He's so amazing, so helpful, and compassionate towards taking care of guest. Rest assured!

Amazing and gorgeous hotel with an interesting historic background. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Has a variety of choices for food. Be sure to have some dollars on hand to tip. I had a roll away bed brought in and I think the guy wants assumed I would tip him, but I didn't have any small bills. I would love to take a tour of this hotel!

This hotel has a real old world Chicago vibe. The staff are super friendly and it's in a great location. It's not a huge hotel and this adds to its appeal. I would call it a hidden gem and right across the street from some of the best restaurants/pancakes /donuts in Chicago, what is not to like!
