The most unique and wonderful stay that we had in Iceland! We stayed for 1 night and had real luck that it was available. The yurt is mega cozy, romantic, warm and comfortable. It has everything you might need (contrary to one might think when you see a "tent"). The hosts live nearby and are so welcoming and kind, we're ever so grateful. An absolute must-visit for couples!

We had a very memorable stay one wet, blowly winter evening. The large communal shed was welcoming, we met the owner and their family. The chef cooked one of the most memorable meals of essentialy - fish, butter and those famous icelandic greenhouse tomatoes. The dome was so warm when arrived and cosy. Of course we never had a chance of seeing the northern lights in the galestorm that we arrived to. The dome was suprisingly storm-proof, it didn't shake once. I would come back in a hearbeat.
