The location was perfect, easy walking distance to get to the main attractions in town and I was always able to park my car outside the front of the hostel. There was a big kitchen, lovely terrace and the owners were very friendly and helpful

It was a great stay, and the hosts were absolutely charming. The hotel has only four rooms and truly feels like staying at your grandparents’ home — cozy, welcoming, and full of character. We truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Everything you could need was there and more. The hotel also had modern amenities, including good high-speed Wi-Fi and a modern bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was well equipped with toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The lovely terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the homemade breakfast prepared by the hosts. Simply wonderful. There is also a garage for parking, which is a great added bonus. The walk to the main area of town takes around ten minutes, and the route is very pleasant. Highly, highly recommended!

This was the best experience we ever had staying on vacation! The owners were super sweet and we felt like we were staying over at family. The breakfast was delicious and the fresh melon the owner brought to our room every day was amazing.

Great location and lovely hosts!

The beds were super comfortable and had curtains on each bunk. My clothes got wet from the rain and the owners let me dry them by the fire place in the front desk area. Also, the owner parked my car for me which was super nice!

Breakfast was amazing, traditional Albanian, with lots of choice and very good coffee. The owners were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with the unexpected requirement of needing to get our boarding passes printed. The Guesthouse is a traditional Gjirokastra property, with a lovely private courtyard and garden in a quiet spot, but really well located for the Bazaar and the castle (about 5 mins uphill) There is parking just above the guesthouse on the road, which was very convenient.

Awesome breakfast, which was probably the best we had during our vacation. Edmond and his family have been very kind to us the whole time.

Everything about our stay was just right. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was peaceful. What stood out most, though, was the warm and welcoming attitude we were met with from the moment we arrived.

The property is a lovely family-run guesthouse in a perfect location in the center of town. Everyone was friendly and helpful, helping us park the car and giving us the best restaurant recommendation! Highly highly recommend. Also the breakfast was SO good and a great amount of food.

The room was very clean, the location was perfect. The host lady was very kind. She allowed us to do an early check-in as well as leave our bags for hours after check-out time. The breakfast was delicious!

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed very warmly and had a great view from the house balcony which was an open area balcony looking towards the castle. The owners were very kind and warm and made our stay as great as possible. We had an amazing breakfast and were even treated with some drinks. Overall we are very happy and had a great time.

I was contacted before I arrived with details on how best to find the guesthouse on arrival. I was arriving early but was available for me to self check in then go out to explore. Was given easy directions to find the castle which didn't take long. Amazing communication. I got a taxi up from the bus station which wasn't very expensive . It was very hot so was glad if the taxi. 45 minutes to walk up the hill from bus station.Beautiful views from the communal sitting area, private balcony was great for having a coffee on. Breakfast was at the time I requested and had plenty to eat. I was going back to Tirana and the host kindly packed up some of my breakfast for my journey.
