The room is just as the picture shown, very cozy!!! The owners are very nice!

Really beautiful view of Er Hai lake and the mountains! They also served a decent breakfast everyday. The staff was also really polite and helpful !

Beautiful courtyard. Weather wasn’t great but the environment could not have been better. On a side street so not much foot traffic outside, but you’re completely enclosed in the courtyard when inside. I was the only guest at the time, so I had full attention from the staff as well as complete privacy besides the three workers including the landlord, who came to spend time on the property at night. I can speak Chinese so I spent time with the workers drinking tea and chatting. I could not have asked for a better stay in Dali. It was everything I imagined and more.

Great location, convenient to walk around but very quiet for a good sleep. The girl is very friendly and helpful, she helped us with our luggage and taxi booking when we needed to go to the railway station early in the morning. Everything is perfect & we would love to stay again here.

Friendly accommodating staff that helped us navigate the town. Comfortable beds and ample space in the bedroom. Nice hot water in the shower. Views from the upstairs terrace were nice to take in the mountains and surrounding countryside overlooking the town.

As Brian likes to say, "​"Isn't it a joy to have friends come from afar?"(有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎?) Sincere cultural immersion in the historic Bai courtyard home lovingly restored into the Linden Centre. While we narrowly missed Brian & Jennie as they attended business in Beijing (next time!) the entire staff welcomed us like family. Mason was kind and considerate with eloquent English and gracious manners. The rest of the team was a delight as well, from Ivy at the front desk to the warm & sweet housekeeper who went out of her way to show us how much she appreciates caring for guests. We were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary and her room decorations were gorgeous and thoughtful. We arrived without specific plans and the staff guided us to fill our days with both a deep understanding of the local culture and fun adventures in the stunning surrounding area. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Dali region! AAAAA

Very cozy hostel. Have everything I need: clean bedding, good facilities, quiet and beautiful environment. The kitchen is useful, specially when I wanted to make meals. And host is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a beautiful view of Erhai. I could see Erhai from my bed. The small hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The owners and staff were amazing. The owner helped all new guest take beautiful pictures with Erhai. They helped me with using Alipay, WeChat Apps for making payments, ordering taxi and deliveries. The owner even drove me to the bank and helped me put money in my WeChat Wallet so I could continently make payments with WeChat for the rest of my trip in Yunnan. I highly recommend this small hotel to anyone.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The location is excellent with convenient transportation, yet it is very quiet. Highly recommended.
