Guest Houses in Penzance

Location near the train station as we had traveled from Montana, USA and then directly from Heathrow Airport via train to Penzance. The staff was welcoming to us and the pub had a fantastic Sunday roast that evening.

We had a very nice and cozy stay at this charming, traditional inn. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the beds were very comfortable, and the spacious, modern bathroom was a great bonus.

The property was quaint and rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

We were a family of four and the space was great. we stayed just one night as we were passing through. Main room had a double bed with Kitchenette and table, the other room had 2 single beds. fabulous bathroom . Kitchen was equipped with tea ,coffee , milk and cereal which was great. We found off street parking quite easily, Location is great to walk into centre of Penzance . check in, and check out was hassle free as our host Steve reached out before our arrival to make sure we were fully informed of check in details.

Room was nice and host was helpful. It just 3 mins walk from bus station and 7 mins walk to tesco.

The Swordfish Inn has a really great staff: Kim, Izzy, Nick, Jack and Jake were all really helpful. There were daily breakfasts downstairs, and we were able to hang out downstairs in the evening in the very convivial environment with the pub. The location was really excellent—near the busy fishing port and trails heading toward Mousehole as well as being very close to the Penzance waterfront.

It was a nice big beautiful room. It was super clean with a lovely bathroom. We were kindly welcomed with scones and jam, which hit the spot after a long day of traveling. The location was top notch, an easy walk into town and a quick drive to other points of interest. The street parking was not as nearly as bad as we thought it would be. We really did enjoy everything about our visit. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Hosts were fantastic. Kind, caring, helpful, available. Terrific.

Convenient location for what we wanted to do

The room (Forbes) was beautiful and spacious with a lovely private patio. Breakfast was delicious and served in the bright dining room overlooking the harbour. Barbara and Steve were very friendly and made me feel at home.

Rosalie Guest House is conveniently located to the Penzance Promanade and city center. The facility is extremely clean and the room very comfortable. The host is very friendly and accommodating.
