The location is perfect with loads of attractions just a short walk away. The room was great, very clean with all the amenities you would need. The manager Vik was amazing, such a lovely chill person, he is really helpful and sorted some things we needed help with. He’s a very genuine person and was such a wonderful start to our time in Udaipur

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was beyond our expectation. Once we get into the hustle bustle of Udaipur's Old City, it was a bit overwhelming. But once we got into the gates of this hostel, we felt instantly at home. Every corner was designed beautifully, especially our very beautiful orange room with the turquoise door. We took a lot of photo at the picturesque window nook :D. Not to mention the place was squeaky clean, the breakfast was nice, and the service is detailed and warm. We also got good recommendations for tour guide and craft shops. Akshay (the owner) surely had a great taste and a vision with his business. Will recommend this place to everyone visiting Udaipur who wants to have a memorable stay, not only a room to sleep.

Newly built Very beautiful clean n well maintained property. We have booked our stay for three days but we extended our stay because of warm hospitality Kitchen utensils are of very good quality Location is marvelous Peaceful area and near to attractions U can see fateh Sagar Lake from top floor View from room is so beautiful especially in morning U can see hills n all from your window The owner of the property is very warm n courteous Manager Kalo Singh was quick to respond to all our needs Their dog Goldy is such a cutie and so sweet n playful We are really missing her n our playtime with her Thank you Lakeside Bliss team for making our stay comfortable n memorable

 · We loved Randhir’s amazingly-tasty family recipes that delighted us in every way for both of our breakfasts. We have been adventurous in ordering off menus, but we were served dishes and treats that we had never tried before. Delicious! The building itself was his great grandfather’s, but it was just updated and turned into a rental. We voted that this Homestay has the best bathroom in India! Hot water, great shower, an exhaust fan, nice sink and toilet. The main room was wonderfully set up and had everything we needed for three travelers. Host was kind and gentle-mannered. We asked about laundry and it was whisked away and returned clean, pressed and folded the next day. Our Host also booked us a private taxi cab ride to see a breathtaking, remote Jain temple, stop for lunch, and continue all the way to Jodphur - all together about seven hours. Great car, excellent driver and a smooth experience. We had to transfer to tuk-tuk to get into the old city, and our driver got out and hailed one down for us, and was sure we got all bags transferred and then settled the price with the other driver for us before leaving. We’d stay here again, for sure.

1.The polite and good behaviour of staff and owner. 2.The old type haveli small rooms but in a renovated way. 3. The terrace lake view is just awesome and peaceful.
