Very modern internal restoration of a historic building. Very nice rooms, great beds, good water pressure. Very quiet at night. Excellent breakfast ( sweet and savory). Good location near edge of ZTL in Ragusa Ibla with close-by free parking. The host was attentive and gracious.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The location was ideal for exploring the area and really gave me a taste of Ragusa. What made it even better was the kindness of the staff—their attention and warmth added something truly special to the experience. I’d be very happy to return on a future trip.

Cornelia was an absolute gem of a human. Super friendly, quick to respond and helpful. Stay here, you won’t regret it! Bonus was the breakfast was amazing.

The property was superb. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade for our stay. The apartment is located 50 metre walk into the start of the old town which has beautiful historic sites and restaurants. Ragusa has been the cleanest and safest city in Sicily. Our host Frank was very accommodating supplying details on the best places to visit. The breakfast cafe supplying breakfast had a huge variety of pastries and the best coffee I’ve had in Sicily.

The place was really clean with all the facilities you need. The owner contacted me to know when and how you will arrive. She even came to pick me up and drop me off the next day to the bus station.

This room such a lovely place. There were windows and balconies on either side which almost made it feel like a tree house or something. The check in with the host was easy and friendly. The room is stocked with breakfast snacks, beverages, including local wine if you want to buy it. Nice hot shower, perfect location.

One of the best small B&B properties I've ever stayed. The Room is gorgeous and thoughtfully updated without losing the historic charm, and has a great view (see picture from Cinderella balcony) The location is a great balance; a short walk up to the Cathedral and touristic plaza, while still being close to the parking lot and the plaza where Ragus Ibla and Superiore. Breakfast is really fantastic and served in their coffee shop downstairs, so the coffee was made to order and really great. Best of all, the hosts are gracious, helpful and were totally on top of things. They really take the idea of "sabbinirica" to heart; super welcoming. And every recommendation for restaurants and day trips was spot on!

The location was great, close to all the sites. Marco the host was very helpful with useful information such as catching a local bus to the top and walking down which is beautiful. We had a small studio which was really comfortable and suited us well.

Fabio was a fantastic host & his b&b is in a great location close to bars & restaurants but still quiet at night. The rooftop terrace was a fabulous place for an evening drink as well as breakfast the following morning which was both generous & delicious. Check in was smooth & communication with Fabio was excellent. We were fortunate enough to arrive when there was a residents parking space on the street outside the b&b which we were able to use. The rooms were comfortable & well equipped as well as being excellent value for money.
