This is the best location in Grandworld:) next to the beach. I went to visit Vinwonders and found this lovely hotel. I booked a room on 3 floor, so I was happy to use the elevator. Very few hotels have it in Grandworld. Very pleasant staff. Thank you guys and good luck!

The bungalow is perfectly located between the beach and the main road, with plenty of great food options all around. It’s very easy to get around and close to the Night Market. The accommodation was nice, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. The owner and his sister are incredibly kind and helpful. If you’re looking for something comfortable and local, this is the place to book

Truly exceeds our expectations. We love our entire stay. The owner (Mr. CUN) is so friendly, accommodating and very helpful. He make sure that the guest will be safe at all times and happy the entire stay. I love his free organic green mango deep with the rock salt. He let us barrowed his motor cycle for a while to see the beach front nearby. My daughter is so happy. Place is very near to the attractions. Overall 👍👍👍 and very recommendable. Definetly we will be coming back again!

We were 2 couples staying 6 nights at these hidden gem bungalows. Amazing tropical atmosphere with a really large pool, nice breakfast and very warm and welcoming people!! James speaks excellent English and is always happy to help with everything. I totally recommend it to people who seek authentic elements with chilled vibes.

Congratulations about the room, which had everything you need, even beach towels. Lots of restaurants nearby, clean beach too. We would love to come back!

The property is very clean, the staff is very helpful and the location is good. Is not 2 minutes walk to the beach but is close to the central beach!

I get that my review sounds like a promo for this property, but it’s my honest opinion. I never shy away from being critical of properties when they deserve it so….. Very close to 2 great beaches Sao and khem and most any store you need is within walking distance. I had use of a motorbike for my entire stay which I view as a necessity here in An Thoi. Lots of local food spots right out front of the property. The pool is a nice size and is very clean like the rest of the property. Staff are just great and motorbikes are also available through the hotel. I will defiantly stay here again. Considering the price and value, this is an exceptional value.

Owner has multiple properties, so you can pick your desired location. I liked my room, which was at very private place near the small beach. Room is right at the shores, so you have bouncing waves against your balcony, this together with amazing view and fresh ocean breeze creates one of the kind romantic atmosphere. Room is stylishly decorated with white furniture and big bathtub (and also shower). Owner provides conveniently also motorbike rental, so you dont need to leave your passport somewhere else. There is friendly grandpa watching over property all the time, so it's very safe. Owner was very friendly and accomodationg with all my requests during my stay there. Thank you very much, Roman

This is next to night market. Great food nearby and 5 min away from ocean. Beach is about 10 min down. Nice place to chill out and nice host that can rent motorbike and bike tickets you need. Great value for Great location if you like night market and plenty of food nearby.

This place is close to everything you need. The room was spotless, it looked and felt fresh. A/C was also new. Most notably, the staff were very helpful (helped print out a few pages, brought the scales to weight the luggage, etc) and spoke very good English.

It was clean, family owned, great food and no worry of getting sick, good staff friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! My wife and I spent our wedding anniversary here, and everything was just perfect. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly quiet, ideal for a relaxing trip. We had so cozy, clean and beautiful room. The staff are extremely respectful, friendly, and always ready to help, the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and safe. Very important, there was no any extra payment. If you're truly looking to relax this is the perfect place. Would happily come back again!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The homestay felt so warm, welcoming, and perfectly safe for a solo traveler like me. My room was fully equipped, and everything looked brand new — with all the facilities I needed, making it perfect for working from home. One of my favorite moments was relaxing on the balcony, breathing in the fresh air from the beach just steps away. It’s only a 2-minute walk to both the beach and a huge, shared pool within the complex. The location made it easy to explore both the north and south of the island. The free Bus 19 passes right by here, goes through the airport in just 10 minutes, and continues up to the north, saving me so much on transportation. The host was incredibly friendly and always responsed to my messages quickly. If I come back to Phu Quoc, I will definitely stay at NS Home again.

I highly recommend. Wanna come again. Amazing place. Everything was perfect. Silent, in a beautiful garden, very clean and comfortable bed. Also owners are amazing very helpful and kind.

Room had very bad smell. Flies every in the room and bathroom. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Had ro room cleaning service, no changing bed sheets.
