My stay at Palacium Charming Suites was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and I want to give a special mention to Ricardo, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. My room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom and the bed were amazing — truly a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean. Linens were of excellent quality. Lots of nice extra touches like a bottle of water. There was a very nice extra space outside the room for eating. Plenty of parking right in front of the building.

The B2B is write on N2, which is perfect when you cover it with motorcycle. There is a parking in front, the room is clean, air-conditioned and very comfy. The towels are thick. There is a grill restaurant downstairs with delicious chicken and cold beer. The breakfast is so reach and tasty. But the best thing there is the owner - you just feel special guest in any way possible. He even provided a towels to clean our boots and helmets. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will definitely see each other again!

Beautiful bedroom. Carla is very warm and welcoming. We immediately felt part of the family. We slept well. Shower is nice. Very clean. She has a nice selection of snacks and drinks available. Great location. At her suggestion we went downtown to see the murals and museum. We fell in love with Covilhã.

It was very modern and beautifully designed. There are three rooms on each of two levels with a kitchen and living area on each floor. We had a choice of breakfast items to choose from the night before- great choices. Also ate at restaurant attached for dinner which was very good and reasonably priced

Everything! From Eloisa meeting us with her electric car to transport our luggage to the house (which she hoisted our 50# suitcase with no problem!!) to her sweet, kind and caring demeanor. She even brought us warm soup for dinner the night we arrived! The character of the ‘Old House’ can’t really even be described and must be experienced. But if I was to use just one word it would be - magical!! Our day to go to the castle was misty and rainy - which was awesome really and added to the mystical atmosphere of this unique town. Sadly, we had a very short stay, but hope to return one day…

The room was so unique, sparkling clean, modern and comfortable. Best night’s sleep! The breakfast was beyond what anyone could eat at one sitting, fresh and beautifully set on their outside patio overlooking all of Monsanto. Best of all - the owners were warm and wonderful hosts. This might be the best hospitality we have ever run across. Please stay and/or eat at this establishment when visiting Monsanto!
