What’s on a decent side of things in a good area we stayed here for a week. A little expensive. I would say

staff was really great and helpful , breakfast really good and waitressshe was amazing and taking care of every thing

How spacious and well prepared and clean are the rooms Cute breakfast in the morning Although its a huge building and we were in the 8th floor yet the elevators were very fast

Loved the location the hotel staff and cleaniness

Our stay was stress-free and absolutely perfect from the time we pulled in till the time our car left. Julia at the front desk was the most helpful person you could ask for. We were in Washington DC to attend a funeral at Arlington for our family. This hotel gave us the perfect rest that we needed among the stressful weekend will most definitely be the only place we stay when returning

The room was very clean and the bed felt so good

FO manager is a really nice people. He helped me quick check in even I arrived so early at that day. Not so many people checkout. He tried his best to help me. After over 18 hours fly, I’m so tried. He help me quick find a room and glad answer all my questions.

Very exceptional service, from checking in to the happy hour, creative experience with the welcome into our rooms. Everything was just so well organized and would highly recommend for future stays !

Everything was good. Great staff

The staff, concierge and shuttle driver. I showed up a day earlier than my reservation. The concierge helped get me a room at another hotel and the shuttle driver was very nice to drive me to my destination. I have to say when I stayed a few years ago, I showed up for breakfast and the waitress totally ignored me and the concierge was not friendly. I’m so glad you made improvements for the better.

Staff were exceptional and breakfast was great with real rolled oats. Facilities were clean with ample parking and easy access. Wonderful experience. Terrific kitchen staff.
