Vacation Homes in Halifax

The location was prime! Not super far away from anything! About 35 minute drive to most of what we planned to do!

The unit was nice and cozy. It was clean and spacious.

It was a pleasure staying here for the 3 nights we had. It’s a nice and cozy lower unit which makes you feel at home. The bedroom, living room and bathroom were all nice and clean. We were given clear instructions on checking in making for an easy arrival. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area and I would recommend this home compared to a more expensive hotel.

The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet. The back yard is fenced in and well lit at night. Convenient keyless entry and very close to the Halifax Shopping centre, Bayer’s Lake and much much more. The hosts are caring, friendly and welcoming. They made sure my family had everything we needed. The place is spotless, open, full of lighting and inviting. It seriously felt like home away from home. They have everything for you including Netflix. LOL! I honestly will go out of my way to rebook this place in the future. We were always hotel people and we took a chance and we fell in love.

The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. It looks like it was recently remodeled and the finishes are tasteful. The beds and linens are very comfortable. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to the harbor or downtown. We had a funny thing, there was an air conditioner in each bedroom and the main room but we didn’t see a heater and it got quite cold. I finally asked the owner about heat and he told me the AC units were also heaters, you just have to slide the cover of the controller down to expose all the other controls; we’d never seen one like that before. After that the temperature was very comfortable. Lovely unit, we’d stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

The apartment was a good size and beautifully appointed. The owners really made us feel welcome in the apartment and made us feel absolutely comfortable during our stay there. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that one needed and then some. I would definitely go back there again.
