The place was very nice, the house had everything you need for living. The location is far away from the noisy street and it was very good form people that want to avoid noisy taverns. One major plus was that the property had washing machine and you could clean all your clothes before going back. The pool was nice each house had their own sunbeds and umbrella. One big plus there were alot of cats arround the house.

We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new apartment, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it fully met our needs. Each bedroom had its air conditioner, along with clean, new bed linens and comfortable mattresses. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Leti, whose hospitality truly stood out, she was always available and helpful with any request we had. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

The location was very good. Literally 1 minute away from beach or center / main street. The communication with the owner was perfect. The available yard is definitely a plus. Overall a good place to stay at a decent price taking into consideration the location!

Excellent location – close to the beach and shopping! Perfect for a big family. The place was clean and cool, with two spacious terraces, a large living area, and a big, fully equipped kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, balcony, and terrace – everything you need for comfourtable stay.

This property must be your first adresse in Asprovalta. Good location, restaurants and shops around. Good and quick communication with owner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house! The location is simply perfect, just a 2 min walk from the beach. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean, with everything we needed for our holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking super convenient. The balcony and green patio were a lovely bonus, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. We loved the summer vibes from the declaration both in the house and the outdoor areas. It’s rare to find a place in Asprovalta that’s private, peaceful and at the same time close to the village and the beach. We felt right at home and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful beachside escape!
