Beautiful villa, only 10 minutes away from Ioannina. Everything in the house was perfect. Great house for 4 people. Make sure you leave time to enjoy the house!

The location was amazing, close to everything and the apartment was really clean and modern.

It’s very hard to rate this property. If you have the right mindset, it’s wonderful. You must realize you are on an island that caters to daytime tourists. As a result, the last boat from the mainland is at 20:00 and the island is completely closed by 19:30. So don’t expect to eat or drink after that. If you enjoy nature and peace and quiet, you’ll love it. There’s a beautiful walk around the island and the house is very comfortable. The host is great and owns the cafe at the dock where it’s nice to sit for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. We enjoyed it but we don’t mind spending evenings in reading.

They have taken very good care of all the small details and the apartment is very spacious and clean. The location is excellent right next to the castle with available parking and 2 small gardens.

The villa is completely newly renovated. Everything is in perfect condition! Sparkly clean! The view is gorgeous from the both terraces! There is a small yard with flowers. The host is very nice and helpful! A nice restaurant with spectacular view is 15 minutes away! We have spent two nights and it was perfect start for our vacation! Thank you, Panagiotis!

The apartment is big for 8 people, even 9 if using the couch in the living room. It was super clean, with AC in every room and living room. The host was nice and communicative and the location is great! 5 minutes from the lake and 2 minutes from the castle. Beautiful place.
