Excellent location, very quiet, close to the sea

We stayed in the back suite, it was great with amazing views. Everything was clean, comfortable and of good quality. During the very hot weather it was ideal to take a plunge in the pool. There are multiple sitting / chill areas for every occasion. They clearly thought out of all the areas. From showering or sitting on the toilet you have a beautiful view of the mountains to the sitting area outside where there is always shade or sun. From the sun beds to the bed it all was of high quality and very comfortable. The hosts were great and very kind. You can ask them anything and they are eager to help and are very responsive. From the complimentary provided snacks to their homemade olive oil, all was good. The location was great as well, it is close to the beaches, restaurants and a local supermarket. They provided 2 bikes you can use for free, so you're able to easily go to these places. We would definitely recommend the suites!

We can't recommend this property enough -- walking through the front door, you take a step back in time... But with all the comforts and amenities of the 21st century! Kosta was incredibly warm and welcoming, explaining the history of the house and the traditional way of life it recalled, leaving us a bunch of local products to start our stay, and giving us the *best* recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. This place (and Kosta's advice about what to eat!) made for a wonderful stay in Kos... And we already can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was immaculately clean, everything was in good working order and was very comfortable. The apartment is set up like a little studio with a private garden and outdoor dining area. It all felt very private and we loved having the hot tub in the garden. The owners’ cat was extremely friendly and happy to stop by each day to check on us.

Spacious and very clean apartment. Big rooms. Living/dining room is very spacious and you can really enjoy it. The kitchen offers basically all you need. Private parking behind the house.

Beautifully decorated villa. Katerina was a very nice person to deal with. We arrived later than expected due to circumstances out of our control and she was very understanding. Villa was spotless clean. It’s very close to the beach on the quieter side of Kos center. Everything in the villa looked amazing, stylish and of good quality.

The owner was so sweet! There was a little welcome basket waiting for me with wine 🍷 also, there was ice in the freezer! The place had everything and more I could ask for and it was so nice and clean and quiet. I had the best time there and the owner was checking on me a lot which I thought was really sweet.

First of all, the location was right at the center, close to everywhere. Check-in was super easy and because there were no other bookings before or right after us, we could check-in quite early and leave later. The owner welcomed us in a very friendly way and with free stuff too(wine, water, sweet baked goods..)!! She gave us good tips about Kos. In the house everything was very well thought. The house was spotless clean. It was even more beautiful than the photos. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot...

Maria was one of the friendliest, most cheerful, and helpful hosts I’ve ever met. She responded to my questions very quickly. The location of the house is fantastic. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the sea and restaurants. The studio was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen had everything from a toaster to a microwave, a mixer, and an orange juicer. The little terrace is an added bonus of the studio. I can’t wait to come back. Ευχαριστώ, Μαρία🥰🙏
