Great spacious place to accomodate 6-8 people. Fully equiped, extremely clean, good A/C and blackout shades. The host was welcoming and responded fast. We will be back for sure!

What a gem of a place! The property is spotlessly clean and the location in Como is simply stunning. Our host went above and beyond — one of the best we’ve encountered — and the house was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. You can tell real care has gone into making guests feel welcome. Would recommend without hesitation!

The property is specious and has a well maintained garden, pool and BBQ. Has a good view of the lake. Kitchen is fully equipped. The host was helpful and friendly.

Great location, close to bus stops, market, and places to grab a beverage ;). Great spot to get away from the tourist-heavy feel of Bellagio, you can even take the bus to explore the countryside and catch a bus up to Asso. The hosts are very responsive and excited to help. They made us feel welcome and equipped to have an amazing stay. They even left us a little treat. Would love to return to this quaint village with the help of amazing hosts. Highly recommend!

It was cozy, the view from the balcony and window was really beautiful. The kitchen had all the necessary things to make dinner. The host’s communication made getting to the property very easy.

Very comfortable for the family of three - all adults. Very quiet, in the residential area. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We enjoyed preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Walk to the ferry terminal/Bellagio city center approx. 25 min. Our favorite route was through Loppia along the lake. Well-stocked supermarket is not even 5 min. From the apartment. We kept our car at the parking adjacent to the supermarket.

You can not find a better location to rent a home in Bellagio! Villa La Punta is in a world of its own outside the busyness of Bellagio, but only a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and ferry’s. The whole property is beautiful and the facilities in the villa are perfect. We cooked meals a couple nights and the kitchen has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable too

Stunning views from the balcony and the upstairs bed area! Many a day we enjoyed sitting on the balcony admiring the lake! The place is clean and fully equipped, we loved it! Andrea the host is wonderfully helpful and informative, he picked us up from the boat so we didn’t have to worry about the stairs with our luggage. Very kind people running this property! The property is nice and close to the main town bellagio, but you do have to go up and down a lot of stairs just take your time, good exercise for our group. Thank you Andrea for everything!!

The pictures for the listing don't do it justice. It is an amazing property with the best views of the east side of the lake. Perfect for families, especially with kids. Loved the blackout wooden blinds. The garden was amazing and a rare find. Lovely host as well!
