The property is beautiful and new refurbished, large rooms, clean and the owner is a lovely lady, she also brought us delicious home made cookies in the morning. Fridge is equipped with juice, water, cold thee and she welcomed us with crisps and popcorn. Swimming pool is nice and the property is surrounded by threes and nature.

Beautiful house on a well taken care of property. Beautiful view with sunsets. Kitchen was perfect and first floor bedroom was accommodating for one of our guests with a handicap. Peaceful setting. Close to Orvieto and Montefiascone. We loved touring the old town of Viterbo. Lovely place to stay for 4 nights.

It's the whole apartment. Very charming and spacious. The owner was really nice. Even though he didn't speak English, we were able to communicate. Highly recommend especially for a family or couples

This place was so so so beautiful. We loved the room, it was spacious, clean and with a top surprise, the Sauna in the room. The room and everything in it has a truly beautiful standard. The colors are warm and inviting. The bed comfortable, the sofa in the livingroom a real sofa and also the rest was simply so awesome! We were able to unwind within a few hours. Such a gem with the best location!

The room was thoughtfully decorated with restored antique furniture, and was well-appointed with amenities and a mini-kitchen. My room had a balcony, which was a huge plus! The location in Viterbo was perfectly situated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, very nice stay, and I would definitely recommend!

Great place, super clean, large, comfortable, equipped

It was really nice and I do hope to go back. It is very cosy and warm, and it is located in the center, which allowed us to have access to all close-by tourist attractions in Viterbo. The host was very friendly and nice explaining how to get inside the house, there was also little snacks offered and candy along with towels. I was surprised by how pleasant it was with the attention to detail.

The house is stunning. You can tell the host put a lot of heart into every detail. It feels more like a curated home than a vacation rental. The location is also perfect. We were traveling with a toddler, a stroller, and two large suitcases but it was still manageable. We parked at the Valle Faul free public parking just outside the walls and took the elevator up. It was a very short and easy walk to the house. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I’ll recommend anyone to stay here!

It was so cute, and quite. We slept real well. I would definitely come back. Very interesting town.

It was located in the heart of the historic area. Wonderful location

The warm welcome from the host Claudia, and the amazing location right inside the medieval quarters. The private parking arranged for us, was just perfect and ideal for us. We are so glad that it all worked out beautifully. We stayed 5 days and location was great to explore the old town and also other nearby attractions/ towns like Saturnia, Bolsena, Bomarzo etc.
