All the rooms were very clean and smelled really good. The house is fully equipped with all amenities. The karaoke room is very huge and fun, and there’s also a swimming pool and a rooftop area where you can enjoy BBQ. Breakfast was provided and it was delicious. The host was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful — the hospitality was truly amazing.

Took One bedroom villa (this unit doesnt come with pool) for almost 2 weeks. - It's good for a couple/solo travellers that want more breathable and comfy space then a typical hotel room/suites. - Close to Pattaya's core activities/beach. Door is directly to street, easy getting in and out without hustles. - in a calm area abit north of central pattaya. - 7-8 mins walk to all your essential shops. - 25-35 bhats bike to most Pattayas drop points. - pricing is not horrible but you get what you paid for.
