It was immaculately clean. Everything was easy. There was great communication and polite and helpful staff.

In terms of food it was self catered but the kitchen had everything needed (except easily accessible power point/s!). The location was really good in terms of access to freeways and public transport.

BIG4 Crystal Brook Tourist Park is set in beautiful parklands full of wildlife, less than 16 miles from the Melbourne CBD. It features a swimming pool and BBQ facilities.

We liked the proximity to family, the playground and sand pit, the staffer who let us watch him feed the birds every morning, the playground and cafe and walking trails across the street. Staff were very friendly, giving my daughter coloring sheets and colored pencils, and were relaxed about check out. Overall it felt very comfortable and friendly.
