Location was good for us although the electric chargers in the car park didn’t work but that’s not holiday inn’s fault

I've always used Travelodge / Premier Inn. Holiday Inn is way better. What makes it better is the staff. I loathe the check in process, they made it hassle free. They made me feel welcome. This extended to breakfast and checking out. Holiday Innis my go to hotel chain now.

It was right next to the venue where my daughters 30th birthday was being held .fantastic service delivery from express by holiday inn staff, nothing too much trouble, and they never say NO....well done everyone.

We liked staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Swansea. The room was not clean (there was dust on every surface, not hoovered properly - the carpet was actually sticky, found hairs in the bathroom).
I done some cleaning myself so that we can accommodate for the 2 nights we stayed.
Breakfast was alright (not much choice, but ok).
