I accidentally forgot to send in my id, so the room I booked was rebooked for someone else, but the owners accommodated me with another space for the same price. It was clean, safe and very comfortable for the night before heading back to the us.

The kitchen is well equipped. There are sufficient bathrooms for the number of rooms. My room was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room for 2 people to move around comfortably. The gardens are large but are obviously not a priority for the staff. There are a couple of coffee shops for breakfast less than 100m away. Parking on site was a huge bonus.

Hostel facility and common spaces are always clean and tidy, the kitchen is little but very well equipped (I love cooking), rooms are big enough and the white painted walls make it look pretty neat. Patrick the housekeeper is always keen to help when needed and best of all he's able to prepare some amazing breakfast and dinner when you need it, almost any time of the day!!

Great location, Tram station is located right when you walkout the door. The CBD is 12minutes by tram and the property is located walking distance to the museum. The staff were amazing I can’t thank them enough for recommendation

The hosts were very friendly, warm and kind. I had a late night check in (around midnight) and the property is so convenient because the location is 6 mins away from airport and i was able to rest right away. I also had to buy travel adapter because AU socket is different from PH and the mall is just few minutes walk. Jojo who assisted me at night also upgraded my room to deluxe. They also offer a transfer to the airport for a minimal fee. All i can say are positive things about silver house and would definitely come back if i had a chance.

The location is very great near Victoria market and you can use free tram from Southern cross station to this property.

Convenient location with easy access to trains & trams, city views, secure building & the on site parking was a bonus. The water is hot. The host responded to my messages promptly & was helplful.
