Lovely hosts. As a solo traveler I truly enjoyed the chit chats with Kike. His and his wife’s hospitality is superb and their two dogs were lovely. I was with my dog as well and everything went smooth. The place was always spotless and the location was perfect (I had no car and could get around easily). Highly recommend and can’t thank enough Kike and Fiona for their hospitality.

The basic amenities are complete. You can cook and you can wash your clothes. All your belongings are safe because your room has its own lock. The cleanliness is well maintained by Jose (the housekeeper, who is also a friendly and funny guy). The place is located in a pleasant neighborhood which is also not to far from establishments like airport, bus station, grocery store, mall, hospital and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect for my 4 nights in Arrecife. The bed was super comfortable and the shared kitchen was handy to have. Guests get their own shelf in the frig and Laura provides a big bottle of cold water and coffee pods for each morning. The patio is just as pictured and makes a great place to relax after a day of walking. The immediate neighborhood is a little rough but Casa Mocan is a sweet little oasis and is just a brief walk to the harbor,restaurants, and shops.

Really lovely management & a perfect location for me to be able to get around the island without a car. Walking distance to shops, cafes and a main bus station. The facilities were lovely and very well maintained with everything you need.

Apartment is big and nice, really great value for money. You have everything you need there (kitchen supplies, coffee machine, microwave, iron, towels..). On the roof there is really big terrace for chilling.

Everything about the apartment the, atmosphere, just loved it , thank you for a lovely holiday, can't wait to get back ♥️

The host responded immediately when I asked questions before my arrival. The host is very professional and well organized and provides all the relevant general information upon arrival. This should be a standard on booking.com and other similar platforms! I liked the idea that the password consists of the last 4 digits of my phone number (beautifully simple and simply beautiful idea). I planned to shave myself, however, everything was so clean that I rejected this idea, because I didn't know, how to clean the remains of my shaving ... ;-) (My wife and I stayed just one night.)

The host is very friendly and the car rental and airport pickup service are very convenient. It's very clean, the location is good, and the swimming pool facilities are also very clean.
