Very beautiful house, so modern and on a lovely quiet estate, the home owner was lovely and there was no hassles or issue at all. There was facilities for us to use and was a brilliant night away which was comfortable affordable and very enjoyable to be.

It is close to a small market where you can get essentials. There is a nice kebab center and KFC so that you don't have to go into town which is about a mile away. Bus stop is about 100 meters away with buses to Manchester stopping there. There is good parking space around the house. It is good for people transiting the area.

It is in a perfect location only 10 minutes from the station, and right by the lovely Avenham and Miller Park. The room was very clean and comfortable, as were the pillows and bed. Bottled water and some chocolate was provided, and the kitchen space was good and clean (although I didn't need to use this). Thank you for a great stay!
