Got an upgrade on arrival into a wonderful room. Donna and Richard were the best host, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The room itself was stunning and spotless. Tastefully decorated in shades of blue and white. Ensuite was lovely with all the toiletries and full set of towels (even a head towel). The bed was huge and so comfortable 10/10. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could wish for and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back.
