Living so close to what is officially the best beach in the country means we’re very aware of the environment – we recycle and compost as much as we can.

Filey Grange Our gorgeous guest rooms are situated over 3 floors at Filey Grange. Please note that all of our rooms are sold on a room-only basis at all times. However, we do provide a light complimentary breakfast consisting of individual freshly-prepared fruit salads, assorted yoghurts, cereals and fresh fruit to help yourself to whenever you choose. We know the sea air can make you hungry so we’ve added a treat station too!. Every room has a silent hotel fridge containing fresh milk. We also provide you with a luxury hospitality tray including, fresh coffee, hot chocolate, an extensive choice of teas including herbal, fruits and decaffeinated for a perfect start to your day!.All rooms are en-suite with baths and shower. All our beautiful rooms have king-size beds, deluxe memory foam mattresses and pure Egyptian cotton bedding, soft cotton towels, hairdryers and hair straighteners are also provided along with lovely toiletries by The Scottish Fine Soaps company and luxurious velour bathrobes and slippers. For families we have on the second floor, Room 3, which sleeps up to 3 people. A lovely king room which also has a separate single bedroom within the room with its own TV. A nice size en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cubicle. This room can also be used as a twin room.. (minimum age 5 years), We also have on the top floor a family suite sleeps 4. This comprises of two lovely rooms which can combine to make a spacious family suite for four (minimum age 5 years) – an adjoining door links a master room with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower to a room with twin beds, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Each room has a sitting area From the twin room, you can look across the rooftops of Filey to the sea.
