We stayed just for one night during a short trip to Scotland (we attended the Enchanted forest event). The location is like a chateau from fairytale. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, room warm and the bathroom was equipped above common standards. The view we had during (super tasty) breakfast was breathtaking - sunrise above Pitlochry. We are definitely staying over again on our next journey in the area and we would not mind staying for multiple days.

I received a very warm welcome. The house is beautiful, large and comfortable. My room was equipped with everything I needed and similarly warm and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and served quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Scottish house, Tigh Na Cloich, which means “House of Stones.” Stephanie and Steve are amazing hosts—so welcoming and helpful from the moment we booked until the end of our stay. We spent two nights in two rooms: Room 2 on the first floor, which was beautiful and comfortable with two beds and a well-equipped bathroom, and Room 7 in the attic, which was spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views (the stairs are a bit steep, but absolutely worth it). None of the rooms have a fridge or AC, but with the mild weather (21°C during our stay), we never missed them. Stephanie went above and beyond—she kindly stored a heavy bag for us, allowed a late check-out, and helped us daily with our plans. The house itself, with its cozy sitting room and lovely garden, exceeded our expectations (the photo is the garden of the house! ) Pitlochry was also easy to explore on foot—we even walked to the dam through gorgeous greenery. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pitlochry.

the owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was prompt and not too much but enough. Overall very good.

The Claymore is an attractive Victorian residence with its own private drive with free parking and gardens, only 2 minutes walk from Pitlochry town center. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

What a great value for the money--clean bright rooms, There is also a communal kitchen/dining area that was very pleasant and enabled one to store things in the refrigerator....and heat them up. I thought the check-in process would be trickier since there is no lobby/reception area in the Station House itself, but it was a breeze to go to the nearby property and pick up my key. Well-located in this small town, Great bakery with seating is just steps away, The movie theater/commnity center cafe, The Birks, is also nearby, with the nicest, most interesting, most helpful people you have ever met. Really.
