The location in the Monti area was perfect—it is very close to the Colosseum and easy to get around. The room was spotless and very clean. Also, the owner, Diana, was so nice and welcoming to us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Selena. The room was very large and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The property's location was excellent and strategic.

Lovely, comfortable and clean room very close to the city center. Not huge in size but it had everything I needed for one night! Only the entrance was a bit dark but this can be easily fixed. Loved the personalised welcome message as well :)

The staff was very helpful. On our last day, we had a train scheduled after 8 hours of check out time, and the staff helped us by keeping our luggage and let us enjoy the last day. Thanks again!

I don't think you get a better location in Florence. The room was great--I highly recommend. The staff arranged for a taxi early the next day on very little notice. I hope to return & spend more time!

Location is amazing next to the duomo and walking distance to train station, food, grocery store.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. The host was amazing. She was friendly and she was very helpful. She sat down with us and explained different sites that we can see in Venice.

Big and beautiful room right in front of Piazza della Repubblica, it was the perfect location, we walked everywhere. Comfy bed, lots of space, nice bathroom, robes and slippers as well as bottled water were included. There's no reception in house but they were easily accessible via WhatsApp whenever we needed their help. We wanted someone to receive our laundry delivery service during a day when we were touring until the evening and they were able to receive them at their sister hotel closer to the Duomo, we just went and picked it there after our tour. There's a lift as well, so no need to pull up bags up stairs. We would definitely be back if we're so lucky to visit Florence again. Great value for the money!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room. Complimentary coffee, tea and water. There is no reception but the cleaning staff is friendly and helped us to check in. I would stay here again.

It was a clean and bright room, the room itself was big enough bathroom was tiny but it was ok also. The location was superb. Also the checkin and checkout process with all the instructions inside the facility is very well arranged.

We absolutely loved this stay! The view from the room was amazing!!! We still cannot get over how incredible it was! Definitely Florence stole our hearts!
