Great room in a gorgeous location. Self check-in could not have been easier

This was by far the most gorgeous accommodation during my entire trip to Italy. The photos on the website are beautiful, but in real life the view is even more breathtaking!!! I was completely blown away. The location couldn’t have been better, and I enjoyed every second of my stay here. The staff is also so helpful and lovely, especially Francesca who helped me with any questions and requests I had. It was the most amazing and unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend staying here!

Great find for Noto. Family run operation, great hosts. Room was great , bed and pillows super comfortable. Recommendations provided for restaurants were great.

We stayed one night here. Room is clean and only 10 minutes walk to old centrum. We park our car in front of apartment. Staff is helpful. Good place for visit Noto.

Location was amazing and the room was very spacious and bright

The room was stunning with painted wood beams on the ceiling. Very comfortable bed. While it was in the middle of town, it was extremely quiet.

Beautiful courtyard, kitchenette, clean and great location

The property is in the heart of the historic district making everything an easy walk. The hosts are attentive, responsive, welcoming, and eager to help in anyway. They are a true delight. (Because of the property’s location within the historic district, you may find yourself in need of additional guidance if you are driving in. The host was quick to find us when we got a bit confused and guided us the rest of the way.) The parking is actually within the palace’s courtyard.

beautiful brand new house in great location

We had a perfect holiday in Noto in every way. We arrived with a rental car for one night. The town is enchanting and beautiful, very clean, with wonderful architecture and excellent restaurants. Our room was amazing — elegant, spacious, very clean, with a large, lovely shower, great towels, and a big, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served on the roof and the service was outstanding. The location of the room was excellent — a 2 minute walk to the old town. Parking was very convenient, on the street opposite the hotel. One more great thing — the wonderful owner Teresa: elegant, gentle, helpful, and professional. The recommendations she gave us were spot on. Teresa was available for every question and request, always kindly, with a smile, and in a delightful, gracious manner.

Excellent location. Very quiet with easy access.
