Everything! The location being right in the city center, the cleaness of the room, nice ocean view and the kind host. The room is modern spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it

This is far from a luxury stay but it was perfect for what we needed. We had a car and we barely stayed in town, we were traveling to other parts of costa emeralds. There is a free parking lot in front of the facility which is a huge bonus considering how difficult it is to find street parking and how small the streets are. It was only an 8 minute drive into the center which was convenient. The AC worked well which is much needed in Sardinian heat. It was the cheapest option we found in Olbia and good value for the money.

Big and comfortable room. The balcony as well, was perfect. Parking free.

Excellent location and value can not be better. Easy access all around. Simple rooms but all you need. Laundromat nearby was helpful.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was super clean and smelled so good! we really enjoyed it. Coffee,tea and water were much appreciated. Highly recommended

Very nice host, provided a lot of information, informed about ZTL zone in advance. Since its in town center, its easy to catch the bus. You can also check-in very late, basically at any time. Very comfortable bed.

The staff were very accommodating. They let us check in early, which was very helpful. The place is spotless and well-located.

The building is completely renovated and beautiful not only on the outside but the inside. I am an Architect and I was impressed with the level of detail. It was SPOTLESS and the staff was incredible! Roberto, the owner, dealt with us directly, kindly giving us information, recommendations and even let us borrow his own umbrella for the beach. He was so kind and attentive... The personal touches made all the difference in our stay. Will definitely come back to Sardinia and stay here!!

Great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. It’s located on a pedestrian only street. Apartment was comfy, with great beds. Taxi stand tight there. Be sure to use Fortiventi Tours.

Paola was very welcoming, the apartment is beautifully laid out with everything you need- a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, good AC, nice bathroom. On a side street next to some lovely restaurants, they close around 11 so it’s not noisy.

Great location right in the middle of things but without having the party be right below your window, 500m from the bus to the airport, great renovation, efficient room that has everything you need.
