A Mexican authentic family home turned into a family run guesthouse run by an amazing family. The emphasis on family, because you will really feel part of it from day 1. One block away from the lively Malecon where you can watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy the Pacific Ocean coming in. Facilities like a bus station or an OXXO store are all less than a minute walk away. Even though it's very close to the busy area's of Puerto Vallarta, once you close the doors of your room you transfer into a serene space where you can rest from the day's activities. Not sure what to do? Ask the host or one of the members of staff. They have been very open and helpful and will give you a very extensive list of things to do and experience in the area. I know that if I am ever in the area, I will stay here again! Thank you, Sebastian and everyone!

We loved to stay in Casa María Malecón. It is right in front of the Malecón, walkable distance from everything and easy access as well. I was a little hesitant to stay at Polly's because it must be a newer listing (without a lot of reviews) but was delighted to see the space. It's a cozy little single apartment on the bottom floor with everything to make your visit to Puerto Vallarta great. The bed is comfortable, the TV and amenities are all well located within the room, and everything was as clean as home. The check-in process was super easy and Polly was quick to respond to emails and add-on requests. What was supposed to be a one night stay turned into 5 nights! The neighborhood is pretty quiet and I was able to park my motorcycle in the street, locked to a tree with no problems the entire time I was there. There's even snacks and a coffee maker with coffee for guests. Also the neighborhood is walkable with a Costco, supermarkets and restaurants in all directions.
