You sleep well. You don’t hear anything. It’s just… PERFECT. John the owner he’s not doing that “host” act. He’s just a solid guy who actually shows up for his guests. No delays, no excuses, no attitude. You need something? It’s done. You’ve got questions? He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

I love the individual bahay kubo concept. The kubos are well built. It was great to sit on the chairs outside. The room and the shared kitchen had complete amenities and appliances. Wonderful hotel/homestay in General Luna! My room had multiple big windows and every morning I got to wake up to a view of beautiful trees. Bed and pillows were very comfy. AC worked great and wasn’t loud. Shower had good water pressure and hot water (when desired). Location was great. Host was lovely. I spent two weeks here and loved every day.
