Great location. The host is very kind and very attentive to help whatever you need. Host has his own home made good quality wines. Also his wines price is cheaper than out side grocery store. I will definitely stay there in the future.

Like the main house, it's very relaxing. A kitchen that is not big but easy to use. There are all kinds of dishes and pots, so there is no inconvenience. There is also a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very good. Both the kitchen and the shower room have good water pressure, and the hot water comes out quickly, so I don't feel stressed. The room is stylish and has a chic atmosphere, so it's very calm. It's very convenient because there are side tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. There were plenty of tables, wardrobes, and storage shelves, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience.

Everything was nice and clean and very presentable. Very friendly mother and son property owners. The private bathroom had new appliances, new deep sink wash bowl, new high sufficient toilet, new shower head for long hot showers and comfortable bed, open air private balcony, and outside sound cancelling security window and balcony door. Good working refrigerator and very quiet room space. And 1-minute walk to "Fresco" a very large, well stocked 24-hour grocery market.

Wonderful location right next to landmark St. Trinity Cathedral. Facility very clean and well maintained with right amount of vintage and simplicity. Vibe warm like a home since it’s actually more of a home stay with the kind owner family (share the roof but live independently without interrupting guests while being helpful whenever needed). Living room with musical instruments as the legacy of the kid upbringing. Safe, cozy, glimpse of local Georgian life and cost effective. Suitable for both extroverts and introverts as well as solo female travelers. By the way, beautiful garden entrance with cute cats rubbing around :) Highly recommended

Very nice and cozy guest house, very welcoming host. Clean, good central location. Metro and train station - very close, lot's of shops, cafes, etc. Very quiet at night. Definitely will come again.
