This has got to be one of the BEST hostels I’ve ever stayed in! It feels more like a hotel than a hostel! The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Furthermore, the complex is absolutely stunning and there is a restaurant inside that cooks delicious food! I would LOVE to stay here again in the future when I visit Venice!

The location is amazing. A short and beautiful walk to the St. Marcos square. We had a 4 person room on the 2nd floor. The room is pretty basic, 4 narrow but very comfortable beds. Plenty of storage. The ceilings in this building are tall and make the rooms feel more spacious. The bathroom was just a few steps away and seemed to be recently renovated. We stayed here in early January. While it was cold outside, the room and the bathroom were warm and there were extra blankets. The view from our windows onto the canals was absolutely amazing. In the general area there is a coffee/hot chocolate machine and a few small refrigerators for guests to use. I don't think they have a microwave. The breakfast was quite simple but very nice. Good fruit, fresh breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, potatoes, coffee and tea. There is a luggage storage space if you are spending the day in town after checking out. The pictures online were quite representative of what to expect. We absolutely loved it here.

We had a really nice stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable, the cleaning staff came every morning to clean the bathroom and restock toilet paper and soap, which we really appreciated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially since we had to leave at 4 a.m. They helped us with directions and made things easy for us. Kudos to our friendly night guard from Cameroon as well. Also, the food from their kitchen was also really good. Would stay here again for sure.

Really nice budget option. Super comfortable beds! A lot of young people. I have been there during low session, so hostel didn't offer any special food or events but I have seen that they have. In the area are many nice and cheap local restaurants!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is a bit out of the way, but easy enough to get to and much cheaper than staying on the main island. I felt safe in and around the hostel as a solo female traveller. The staff that checked me in were incredibly kind and helpful, although the staff on reception/bar the following morning were noticeably less so.
