It's a very well-organized youth hostel with a charming family atmosphere. The staff is unbeatable. I was assigned a room on the first floor, so I didn't have to carry my suitcase up the stairs, but they'll definitely help if necessary. Group activities are available, and it's excellent for solo travelers. My room, mattress, and pillows were very good. I had a great time. It's a bit crowded, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. It has a living room with a sofa to share, as well as a kitchen and refrigerator, which is a great help. The location is excellent, with easy access to the hostel. I highly recommend it. (This review is on behalf of my daughter, Sofia, an 18-year-old solo traveler.) Please note that there is an age limit for this hostel, which is for youth only.

Super quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Good communal kitchen with everything needed with free washing and drying. Comfortable beds. We were lucky and our room was upgraded to have our own room. Perfect location, so easy to get public transport and amazing restaurants close by. Amazing experience here

Breakfast and dinner provided were well prepared and delicious. The location is excellent; it's in between Earl Court and South Kensington stations and is within walking distance to many shops and attractions. The music practice rooms, chapel, garden room, devotion room, and the garden were a pleasant surprise. Filtered water and fresh coffee are available in the common areas all day. The room has plenty of cupboard space and a sink, which is well thought out as bathrooms outside are shared.

It was right next to the natural history museum. Also just a couple of minutes from the tube. I am on a budget and it’s the cheapest hotel in the area. Value for money amazing. Lovely room and bathroom, great breakfast and very helpful staff. We were very early so they locked our bags away safe and provided us tea and cold drinks before we went out sight seeing for a few hours.

Great location for those staying on holiday and wanting to stay in a safer part of Camden. Social side was also great compared to other London hostels I've been in, although, this was aside from the activities organised by the hostel. Be prepared for very busy common areas, as there were many school staying here. The design of the hostel was also modern and colourful.

The neighbourhood was lovely - there were a lot of little bistros and also cheaper options to grab a bite. We always felt safe and though Earl’s Court is a frequented station, it was never too crowded. The hostel was quiet and clean and the staff was always helpful and kind.

Great location - indeed very central but calm and I felt safe. The hostel was clean, enough space everywhere. I was so tired, so the bed seemed comfortable :-D The bar at the lobby was nice. And the big lockers were already in place! You need a padlock 🔐

Bedrooms were fine, the bed was comfortable. Lots of light from windows. Shelves were great and tall, so that I could store things even from the top of the bunk bed without having to climb down. Clean linen on bed, no surprises there. :) The hostel is in a great location for catching a coach from Victoria Coach Station.
