The location is excellent — right above Beppu Tower and very convenient for getting around the city. Even though it’s a mixed dormitory, all the guests were very respectful and quiet, so I had a really comfortable stay. The staff spoke very good English and were extremely friendly and helpful. The bedding was also very clean, which made the experience even better. That’s why I’m happy to give this hostel a great review. Beppu is such a relaxing city — perfect for enjoying hot springs and doing a slow city walk. I only stayed one night this time, but next time I would definitely stay longer to experience the city more deeply.

This was the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Very clean and very safe. Everyone was super nice and I really enjoyed the stay. Also, they had a free morning shuttle down to the station so that was tremendously helpful :)

It was comfortable, clean, and located right next to the onsen area. There is a 7-11 nearby and the bus stop to Beppu station is down the street. Host spoke English and was very helpful.
