Best hostel I think I’ve ever stayed in. So homely! Super clean. Great kitchen and lounge area. Staff delightful. Location nice and quiet but short walk into the CBD or Ponsonby Street. Not a party hostel but I that’s not what I was after. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This stay is perfect. Multiple clean and comfortable toilets and showers. A big kitchen with all you need to cook and enjoy a meal. A dining room with multiple tables for guests. A front room with views of the water. A beautiful outdoor space. Easy laundry and lines to hang items. The bed was comfortable and the sound of the water was amazing to sleep to. The check in was smooth and staff was friendly.

Amazing spot on top of a hill from which you have an amazing view of both sunset and dawn. Lovely host, plus you get cuddle Nisha free of charge (the happiest and sweetest German shepard that there is. Very clean as well. Great shower, bathroom and kitchen

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming truly the heart of this place! The location is perfect, right in the centre of Rotorua and walking distance to everything ( pack n save ). The hot tub was a lovely bonus after a day of exploring, and the facilities were spotlessly clean.
