Pollancre 23 is a newly refurbished apartment to offer maximum comfort to our guests. It has 3 bedrooms; one with two single beds, one single and the other with a double bed. It has two bathrooms with shower and open kitchen to very large living room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large format fridge, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and iron. It also has the necessary utensils if you want to cook. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer for straight and curly hair and a straightener. The 49 "SmartTV will allow you to enjoy a wide variety of content. Allows you to access your Netflix account or share screen from other devices. They'll find USB sockets in rooms and lounge, so adapters are not needed. All rooms have a fan to guarantee the best comfort in winter or summer, turning in one direction or another depending on whether you want to cool or lower the hot air. Maximum occupancy: 5 people
