Most prime location plot in Zinnia cluster, directly in front of the entrance gate to the private cluster swimming pool and park area. Fully furnished to a high specification. Ground floor fully fitted kitchen with Fridge freezer, Washing machine, Microwave oven, 5 hob 90cm electric cooker/oven, cutlery and utensils. Ground floor washroom/toilet. Large spacious lounge with Sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table with 6 dining chairs, 65" Smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling height windows, a sliding door leading to a terrace, and a large L-shaped garden. Terrace has a coffee table with 2 chairs, a beautiful lit-up water fountain, a large garden table with 6 chairs, a coffee table with 2 chairs, and a double sofa, all with cushions, and a fire-pit.
