Apartments are located in Palm Jumeirah, shoreline apartments and are available in different building of the shoreline. All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with different type between one and two bedrooms apartment, well decorated includes a fully-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The apartment has a balcony offering different views like Sea view, partial sea view or garden view, The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, walk in cupboard and en-suite bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living area good for one or two children maximum and below 14 years. There is a separate guest toilet. Each bedroom has its own flat TV & decoder and safe deposit box. Internet WiFi is available in the apartment free of charge. Safety deposit box is available in each apartment. One basement car park free of charge. housekeeping service including change of linen and fresh towels, replenishing of bathroom essential amenities (with a nominal fee depending on length of stay) . Access to the onsite beach and recreation facilities are at Cabana on the beach House number 3 between building 5 & 6 on the shoreline with a cost of AED 32.00 per person per day. On your arrival date, our representative will contact you to arrange the check in time, procedure and luggage assist. Documents Required Prior To and On Arrival: To ensure you enjoy a smooth check-in process, kindly send us at least 24 hours prior to arrival a scanned copy of your and that of all your guests valid passport or UAE ID card.
