Pacific buildings are located in beautiful Al Marjan Island, which extends a vast 4.5 kilometers into the sea, and covers an area of 2.7 million square meters. Al Marjan Island is a man-made island located in Ras Al Khaimah, where sun, sand and sea exist naturally all year round. The island is set against the picturesque backdrop of the Arabian Peninsula, and enclosed by the Yanis and Jais Mountains. Ras Al Khaimah is one of the UAE’s seven emirates, with a well preserved history, rich archaeological heritage and ancient cultural remnants. The exquisite mix of fascinating nature, well preserved history of the emirate and luxurious facilities of Al Marjan Island attract residents and visitors from all over the world, and have made Ras Al Khaimah one of the UAE’s top emirates that leads different types of tourism. Property is only 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport! Italian, Arabic and Asian restaurants serving delicious food located at building’s ground level, as well as the well equipped supermarket (opening hours 6am-2am).
